Mark and Marie Rolfe - Directors

Directors Mark and Marie Rolfe founded Rolfe Property Services in 1989. Over the years the business has grown into one of the most recognisable cleaning company’s in the ACT. Together they have created a business that prides itself on reputation and performance.

Simon Rolfe - General Manager

Simon Rolfe was appointed General Manager of Rolfe Property Services in December 2009 following an extensive period as an Area and Operations Manager. His strong leadership, quality audits and rapport with clients has re-invigorated the Company. In 2011 Simon was a finalist in the BSCCA NSW/ACT young Manager of the year award and was the only representative from ACT. Simon’s commitment to environmentally friendly cleaning solutions for the business has been a new and exciting direction the business is now heading in with positive outcomes.

Jelka Ilakovac - Operations Manager

Jelka Ilakovac, Operations Manager, has been with Rolfe Property Services for a period of 9 years after extensive operational Management experience with a National organisation. Jelka continually receives accolades from our clients for her client focus, eye for detail and no nonsense approach. Jelkas experience ranges from providing cleaning services to Government Offices, Tourist Attractions and Health Care Institutes.

Andrew Fisher - Business Support Manager

Andrew Fisher, Business Support Manager, joined the Rolfe Property Management Team in 2010. Andrew has worked in the cleaning industry for 5 years and was in charge of WH&S and Quality for the Flinders Hospital in Adelaide in 2008/09. Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the company specialising with WH&S and Quality Assurance and is always providing his clients and staff with A1 customer service.

Julia Sneddon - Office Manager

Julia Sneddon, Office Manager, joined Rolfe Property Services in 2009 as an assistant with the Office Manager. Julia was appointed the role as the General Managers Assistant and then promoted to Office Manager in 2010. Julia plays an important role with tendering, financial management and day to day operations with the business.
